Paying for Services
CHAP’s mission is to ensure that high quality health care services are available and affordable to those who need them. No one is turned away due to inability to pay. Low and no cost services are available to those who meet income qualifications.
CHAP also welcomes patients who qualify for one of the following coverage programs.
- Community Health Plan (Los Angeles County HMO)
- LA Care Health Plan
- Healthy Families
- Medi-Cal
- Denti-Cal
- Medicare
- Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CDHP)
- Family PACT
Services are also available on a sliding fee scale.
